Little by little, this Ronaldo talk looks more serious. I still dont believe it but I am irate at the possibility of our team being broken up!. This whole Robinho + Ramos for Ronaldo???? Are you kiddin me? Were talkin bout the best RB in the world and a player of the world candidate soon! Not to mention just disrupting chemistry.

IMO he is! I may be wrong but he would be my choice. Not only for his technical ability but for his passion, work ethic and 4 lungs. By the way, nice to read something from you without insults involved. Hope you guys take care of things at the Nou Camp. Euros start and just lookin forward to Spain winning. Robinho and Ramos? i heard that it is Robinho, Julio Baptista and Roberto Soldado that were going to be sold to make the money for C.Ronaldo!

Although i remember reading in an artice that Calderon stated that Madrid have enough money to go buy C.Ronaldo. So why do we need to sell anybody?

I'd rather Huntelaar and Quaresma and maybe a third player rather than sell 2 or 3 members of the team that we are supposed to be keeping together to save the chemistry between the players.

Btw when does this thread close and the next season thread open?

Soldado was a non factor in all honesty, Julio did alright but admitedly was experiencing a horrible lack of form late in the season...and then Robihno, I would not want to see him go, but to trade him off for Ronaldo is not a bad business deal. I would love to get Hunterlaar to be honest but we will see

Neighter Real nor barca will pay 100mio € for him.
He is a greeat player (maybe the best) but he is a DIVA and we don't need him we have robbe and robinho!
With 100mio. we can buy a lot of good players we only need 50€ for buying Vargas (excellent defender) and David Villa and so we can save other 50mio.

P.S And Sergio Ramos is of course the best rb.

I agree. We dont need him. Furthermore, I feel Robinho will be the best in the world soon. I love the guy and we need to keep him. Ramos? If he leaves, Im leaving!! Ramos is the perfect footballer. The most fit player Ive ever seen, best RB in the world, can attack , defend, good in air, great in crosses, has 4 lungs and is super passionate and great work ethic! Ramos stays.

Personally i think aslong as Man utd accept our bid then he is ours. he has said he wants to come so just a matter of time really. might even be next season. and i dont know why everyone is saying he will damage the team spirit? look at man utd team spirit?! cant be so bad if they got the champs league in there pocket Yeh he likes to dress up and have some pictures taken but so does guti he is a bit of a playboy ent he. and ronaldo isnt gunna come here for a fat pay check like the galacticos. he has alot of drive and he is a team player, watch him now instead of doing tricks going no where he will pass to a team mate in a better position unless he thinks that he can beat his man and gain an advantage by taking on the defender. how many attacks do you see where he loses the ball? not many at all.
we were all begging for a little bit of class in the champs league last season and he is just that!
i think we could pay up to 100mil for him but look how much money he will make the club, about 5 times that?
i think **** it sign him. dont sell robinho or ramos though. for me them two and higuain were he three stand out players this season. of course raul made a massive contribution.

totaly agree, robinho has so much natural ability, the only problem with him is he is much too small for a professional footballer.

but thats why we've got walter di salvo look how big ronaldo is, that was all his work. I read somewhere that he was going to make a specific program for him next season to build him up and get some extra kilos into his legs. if this happens hell be the best no doubt.

no one is doubting his abi;ity he is a great player IAMO but the team doesnt need him that bad we have a decent team and i think we need to spend that money wisely on a few young talented players.

yeh he will make us about 700mill over 10 years (apparently) but, weve just come out of the galacticos era and this seems to be a step back more then anything. weve already ****ed our realtionship with manu so now they are going to be extra motivated to **** us over, were getting reported to fifa. i really dont think hes worth all this hassle and money. and look how he is behaving towards man u the club that has made him who he is, who says he wont do the same to us? but at the end of the day if we end up getting him i wont mind, i guess he could turn out to be a good buy but who knows.

I'd say wait a season or two, get OTHER players like Quaresma and Huntelaar, and let ManUtd have their fun with him. Too bad England aren't in Euro08 to play against Portugal again...
