We are making a £20m bid for Cesc today.

Riqulme is plan B if we dont get Cesc.

Wenger wants to keap Cesc for another season - then take him to Barcelona with him in 2008.

We are interested in Pedro Leon.

Valencia are interested in Helguera.

Dudek and Drenthe are very close to signing.

Pedro Leon, the kid from Murcia?! I dont know him very well, can someone tell me something about him? 20 mil for Cesc seems a fair deal to me btw. Thats as much as F.Torres and that guy was wanted by ALOT of clubs. I think they will reject every bid though.

so it does look like we are in the market for an AM so thats good news any of the 3 or 4 mentioned would be great.

i dont get why we are trying to sign robben,reyes and drenthe i think one would do, and we have robinho who plays in that position also unless one of then is gonna play on the right, which would be robben and he is ok in that position.

A Cannavaro-Metzelder pairing at the back would be rock solid. Cannavaro has more experience than Metze, but Metze can learn a lot from him since hes 26. I'd even try a Metzelder-Pepe combo , if it works out. That bench does look good

Metze is also pretty experienced for his age. He played for Germany when he was like 20. Played 2 WCs. So we have pretty much an experienced back line there. But I would also give Pepe a try in the centre. He can also play on the wings (well, thats what HE said )

another signing i dont understand, meaning dudek not madrid that is, he wanted to leave liverpool casue he wanted to be in a starting lineup, he must be really optimistic and maybe think casillas is gonna get injured pretty soon i guess. Dudek just pulled one ALA saviola lol $$$.
btw imo i think Adan could have been enough of a replacement, he maybe to young but he has looked so mature in the WC he is a great goalkeeper indeed , he freaking reminds so much of casillas its not even funny, anyways i might think madrid are saving him for when casillas retires i guess.
