Granero can actually come back and play for us as both Schuster and Mijatovic want him back here. Also with Guti getting older and still being inconsistent than Granero can actually play for us. He as well as DLR are having good seasons at Getafe. Granero > DLR for sure though.

I honestly can´t understand why Baptista would get the OK over Higuaín?!?!
Gonzalo was very influential in the Espanyol game and he scored the equaliser.

my lord, baptista is a great player but playing in attack/striker/DC/foward or how **** calls in inglish, in sevilla score 20 goals for season. he is better than higuain by a mile now...

Well I have to agree with Arnau here, Baptista at this point in time is better than Higuain but he has been playing outside of his position, recently that could explain his bap performances....Brazil plays him as a Forward or a ACM that moves into the attack behind the forwards, and he does great there...perhaps by playing a man in front of Raul then that will give el capi some more room to do what he does, cause he is a SS not a pure CF.....I like that Higuain has fight in him but he could be used better as a super sub IMO...and if I where to play with a single DM i would line up Diarrah over Gago at least for now, Gago has looked lost at time. Diarrah is better at recovering balls but worse at passing, in a game like this at Riazor which wont be easy, I want recovery over passing...I am hoping for a tie or a 1-0 win....it will not be easy!

Personally I would rather see Higuain playing I just have lost all confidence in Baptista. whenever I see him play he gets into good positions but cannot put his chances away

Soldado is good but your right he isnt real madrid material hell do a job for a team like deportivo or osasuna, i might be wrong but from what ive seen of him he is not cut out to play for us.

Well if were thinking of getting a striker theres only one player and thats benzema, but like Soc said he will cos a hell of a lot of money, but if its something like 30 mill euros i think its worth it for him. but knowing lyon theyll ask for something redicoluos like 50 or 60 mill.

on the granero subject, the guy is wasome and we need to bring him back, but the quetion is who are going to get rid of? to make way for him so he actually plays and not just sits on the bench. baptista, guti or diarra maybe iam not sure but if we bring him back just to warm the bench then i hope we dont because he is too talented.

Really? I actually perfer Higuain, apart from finishing he is a great player IMO. As for Baptista he sucks no matter where he plays, his first touch is just horrible. Baptista would be good in a team that plays lots of counterattacking with no real ball movement on the ground becuase with the ball at this feet he is horrible. Which is why he looks so bad for us and while he was at Arsenal. For me it's no question, Higuain > Baptista.

As for the Diarra Gago one, it all depends on which Diarra shows up. I personally perfer Gago over him as I think he is a good player in the defence and can move the ball around a lot better than Diarra too. Anyway it would not be such a bad idea to play both of em for this one.

Jaouadinho - I am pretty sure we will sell Baptista in the summer and even if we keep him than Granero would be ahead of him in terms of starting. Really the only player on our team that is like him is Guti and I think he could get ahead of him next season.

Guti is on the downslope, I say two more years if that.....Raul will be gone in three seasons at most and only if he can keep up his form of this year; which is doubtful, I love Raul, but lets admit the years have passed on him.....S. Ramos, will be gone in two years if we fail to make it at least to the CL semifinals, he is hungry for a challenge and if we keep falling short he is going to get bored...RVN one more fully productive year if that....Baptista out next season, I guess what I am saying is, we really need these young guys to pick it up and I wouldnt mind injecting our team with a bunch of Cantera talents, our youth system is really excellent, but a little underused by ourselves....

Paul - I really doubt that Ramos will leave because of that, no matter how much interest Milan shows in him and Raul with Guti will most likely retire here.

Big Al where did you get your Sinama Pongole story from?....either way, I doubt we'll get Luis Fabiano, as I hear it he is only a third option, the primary could be Drogba, and the secondary a young ST to replace RVN, which brings me to this point...why dont we give Soldado playing time? dont buy the hype buddy, these guys are pros and they will sign for whoever can get them the money, as you said....I dont believe Benzema is going anywhere this offseason, because he just re-upped with Lyon. The only way I see us getting him is spending a rather large and ridiculous amount of money on him which we are capable of doing but would be foolish IMO...I think it would probably beat Zidane's transfer fee....

nah thats right its just been confirmed by real madrid.com.
