I wouldn't jump to conclusions, you need to have a team in order for one player to shine, let's see if pellegrini can get all these stars to play together... its also a double edge sword, if you have bad season, all these ego's could be bad for team... all these players are good for my league so i'm kinda glad u are bringing all these talents

Well that's why I said OUGHT to be....Should be....who knows he might flop, but he is a player who lives on the burst of speed and face to face, he should be able to take advatage of the defensive weakness in La Liga, plus, players wont be used to facing him until at least the half year....or rather I should say that La Liga relies more on finesse than physicality
I think Kaka was a wonderful move, CR was indulgence for me, I would have spent 58 on Ribery instead, but that's just me.
If Ronaldo comes, and scores 30 some goals in all competitions then nobody will question his fee, if he fills the Bernabeu with the magic that Zizou gave us, then nobody will say Carlos. The problem is that him being a forward, he lives on the goals, and unlike Zizou, who didnt have to score three to have a good game, he must produce goals to be good, so that could be the trap....we shall see

this time Lassana Diarra is already there, and should be a firm fixture in the starting lineup ...
two of the biggest flair players have arrived, and they each carry a unique style ...
maybe a striker will arrive, maybe not ...
after that, it is a matter of getting the defensive line sorted, weeding out the redundancies, and getting some cover in the key areas that need it ...
yes it was a lot of money spent, but the world is now a place that constantly demands instant gratification ... big stars excite the fans and media alike, and the various revenues collected will therefore increase multifold ... talented players playing as a unit should yield recurring bouts of silverware, which would allow for all the money spent to be recovered ...
that's the principle and the theory ... the application should be interesting to watch, no matter what happens ... this is the entertainment business after all ...

Villa is better than all of those players, except maybe Ronaldo who isn't a pure striker anyways. Villa - Higuain - Ronaldo - Kaka should be a lethal attack, though it remains to be seen how well they'll play together. And the three best offensive players in the world are still in Barcelona.Socrates;2682785 said:I don't think he is really needed, Higuain, Ronaldo, Raul, Hutner or Negredo is fine by mine in terms of forwards but it looks almost certain that we are going to sign Villa so I guess our line up with be something like this
Villa-----Higuain
Ronaldo---Kaka
Coruja - For me it's Ronaldo>Ribery everytime and I am really happy that we got the bid accepted and so quickly as well.
Paul - Robben does not fit in Pellgrini's system though, even Valdano said that. Vdv and Wesley would most likely fit better than Robben, we won't be using wingers anymore so I think Robben could be let go...he is injured quite a bit anyway.
