We'll, It has been confirmed that De La Red is out of the season and is currently going genetic test to determine the state and his current heart condition. He of course is doing pretty well, which is great to hear, but they need to determine what can be done about his heart condition.

I'm actually happy to hear that they are doing all they can to help him out. I hope to seem him play again, and that he is able to come back 100%. He was starting to show some good skill, so it is unfortunate that this had to happen, but some things are bigger than football and after what happen to Puerta, he should only come back after he is completely cured.

On another note, They say that they may bring back Parejo from QPR, to fill in. This based on his current form and what he has done with QPR. Unfortunately I don't know much about how he is playing, but I do hear he is doing wonders. Anyone know about him??

Nothing wrong with Pedja wanting Panathanaikos... he just shouldn't have told the media. It's insulting to them, and if you actually do draw Pana you are in a bad situation because 1) They will be extra motived and 2) If they knock you out it will be extremely embarassing. He had nothing to gain but lots to from saying it.

Besides, isn't it more respectable to be like Real Union? "We want to draw Barcelona."

I thought De La Red was a very good player and has the chance to become outstanding. I hope all turns out well. I wanna see him and his cannon kicks soon.

IMO, the pressure is all on Barca since they are the best team in Europe now and they need to close the gap. Us on the other hand have no pressure but to play at 150%

All I want is for us to play our hearts out. With a depleted squad and the recent circus around us, I'd be extremely happy with a draw. Ok boys, it's on.
