Well apart from tactics Schuster has been losing it for a while now, really at times he was begging to be fired (like him not talking to the squad, not trying to talk during half-time of games, and all the other **** he was doing) and it happeend. It just sucks it happens now and not before.

I agree. Actually, during the Sevilla game, there was a shot of a trainer talking to Schuster on the bench. Camera was on them for quite a few seconds and schuster, the whole time, was with his back to the trainer and did not look at him once, or even hear him out. It was a clear indication that perhaps Schuster is one of the cancers in the locker room and club. Biggest cancers go to Calderon and Mijatovic though. Those two are so inept at their jobs. They need to go soon. What we need to do is simple. lets follow Man Utd's, Arsenals, Liverpools examples. Lets find one coach who is quality and let him be....for years. Let him build, rebuild and have control of all things on the field. Look at man Utd. They go through rough patches here and there but always bounce back. Why? Cause they have a quality coach and patience.

His attitude game after game, and lacked of emotion really didn't do wonders for me, and I'm sure it didn't help the players either. Also, to come out after the Sevilla game, just after losing, but playing the way we did, and saying that we wouldn't have a chance at Camp nau, was really stupid of him..

As for the Ramos appointment.. Despite what he did at Totteham, I think he could do something with us. Personally, I think he got screwed at Totteham after the last minute sale of Keane and Berva. And based on what he did at Sevilla, I think he has it in him to help the players keep up a consistent performance. Then again, only time will tell.

No you wont be bashed. Schuster was always a question mark for me as well. His attitude was very not motivational at all. I think his negative energy was a cancer. Good riddance. About Juande, there's no excuse for his awful stint at Spurs. Look at what Redknapp did directly after Juande was fired! Like night and day. No excuses about 2 players. He was dismal. His look in the presentation, pics on the site, etc. are that of a guy who was dragged out of bed to be coach. Doesnt look interested and even fearful. I think this is a dumb appointment, especially at this point. I give him 8 games till he gets fired. zWho needs to be axed? Calderon and Pedja. 2 facking numskulls!

anyway iam a bit suprised by the decision to sack schuster. but to be honest with you iam not that botherd, he did ok for us but there was always question mark over him. he seemed very alianated from veryone else and lives in his own world.

whts the deal anyway, some people are saying he resigned and some are saying he was sacked? anyone care to clarify what happend

on the ramos appointment, he did great job at sevilla and came close to winning the legue title. At spurs he started off well, and won the carling cup last season, beating rsenal 5-1 on the way to the final. This season though he was **** at spurs, many were saying that the players didnt listen to him and that he wasnt given the players he sked for.

anyway he has a good track record, he is spanish knows alot about spanish football and plays good brand of football, very high pace all the players working hard and fairly sowned defnsively. might not be real madrid material but only time will tell. anyway i think personally that he is the perfect man for the job at this moment in time, and should help us see the season through and maybe win us trophy on the way. who knows he might turn out the long term manager we are hoping to have at real madrid.

p.s to the farca fans that keep bitching about my earlier post.

just read some of the statments made by some of your players in the last few weeks. anyway you guys are not worth the headache, you will lways be second to us, and that gets to you i wont stoop to your level just stay out of this thred unless you hve something of actuall substance to say. luckily we have argullo to put you guys in your place when you get a bit too cocky.

Im ok I guess with the hiring of Ramos, I mean its a panic button no more no less, anybody that tells you this was a well thought out process is lying...But we shall see, it really really bothers me that we fire coaches like people change underwear, I mean really, when does it stop, we have to be willing to take a bad season (which usually means at least Champions for us) and let a man work....I really wasnt feeling Schuster over the last few games like someone said before is like he was asking to get fired...saying after the Getafe game that the loss didnt hurt....are you smoking dude? it hurt like hell....or saying after the Sevilla game that we had no chance at Camp Nou when we just fought like lions and save the ejection would have probably won??!....yeah he got what he was asking for alright....


anyway, another clarification, it is the Farsas who have been eating our cock for the last two years, so really....that comment has no factual basis, other than our coaching bench is a revolving door....We need someone like Mourihno man, a freaking winner, who doesnt care about all the crap the media dishes out and instead dishes some himself....But for our season's sake i hope this is the guy!

Yeah it a shame that we can't have a good manager that can last a long time in his job. I was really surprise of the hiring of Ramos. I hope he can do the job and it's not gonna be easy especially with the classico just around the corner.
