Bale in the middle of a 433 is interesting. He can provide the energy lacking in Kroos and Modric and do the running. He used to be an LB so he CAN defend. I think it can work and what's more it could be a genius solution to fitting their best players. Sure, Bale's offensive impact might diminish but he would be more involced with play. He's not exactly a creator either, it's just that he'l have a harder time runing at defenses. Then again, since Ronaldo and James would cut inside he could jist llay the Ramires role and and still run at them.

Bale doesn't have Di Maria's vision and last pass, and altough he is stronger and might defend better (how long is it since he played as a LB?) he wouldn't bring anything in the offense other than running at the opposite defense and crossing from the wing. Moving Bale in the middle would mean playing James on the right wing, and that's another downgrade from last season Madrid. All in all, I want this to happen.
