Reducing 12 WC substitutes players with DB Master?

All the teams have 12 substitutes players during the World Cup games and the normal during other games is 6 substitutes players so I would like to know if it is possible to put the World Cup games with the traditional 6 substitutes players with Rinaldo´s DB Master. Anybody?
