Interista13
Starting XI
Hey guys...
I've been following the recent events that have been going on in Italy with all the referees...as you may have heard, due to some (what I think) very bad ref calls, Inter won their match this weekend and that has sparked a few outbreaks among the clubs concerning favoritism and referees...
This has made me wonder a few things which I would like to hear some opinions about…
Do you guys think calciopoli in Italy actually solved anything? I mean violence hasn’t stopped…rage among fans is increasing, and some clubs could still eventually get back to paying referees…they’ll only be more careful…
It seems that referees always get abused for the decisions they make during a game. And if you think about it they really have only a second to see what happened and then quickly make a decision…look at the Inter-Parma match. That “handball” happened in one second and the ref quickly had to make a decision…so…
do you think they should allow replays to the referees like they do in American football or baseball…maybe when something would happen on the pitch the referees could all meet and watch a few replays and discuss it out among each other. This I think would make the calls much more accurate thus making the games a lot fairer. Replays would also prevent clubs from paying the referees to make decisions in their favor…
So, what do you guys think?
