Well. Lazaro Valentino's hair is just about impossible to replicate, and for some reason I get a shadowed halo when I rotate around the player. I therefore tried a few models from other players. I never play with this player, so this will do for me; however, I am aware that this is FAR from perfect.

If anyone has any idea why the hair model that was intended for the player in F15 looks like this let me know(look for the red outlined, black halo around the edge of the hair):

Could you be more specific. A screenshot would be best. I haven't noticed any issues, but I have converted many more faces than those I have played with in-game.

Who made Baines? illinois1991 has released a preview, but doesn't seem to want to release it.
