Well, India turned down participation in the WC once in 1950 due to financial issues. Travel from India to Brazil was unaffordable then. These days, they don't qualify for the WC.

Those of you who have made requests or who have been checking my thread for new content may be wondering why I have not responded or posted in so long. There is a reason. I became the latest target in the trend among the modding community of needing to hate someone or deride them and call them a fraud, etc… . For a long time Fifer was on the receiving end of it, but it was I who was targeted most recently. Three unfortunately hateful modders decided that I was a “fraud” who steals other people’s work. They also say that my work is terrible, etc… The catalyst was that the modder with the tag ‘fifaproo’ who thinks quite highly of himself criticized my work in a rather aggressive manner. I asked that he be more polite with his critique, and he attacked me. The two of us got into a back and forth, but in the end he apologized and we made amends… I thought. Shortly thereafter, a truly horrid individual who goes by ‘Arkantos’ proceeded to attack me in the manner described above. Before I could respond he kicked me from a discord server. So I messaged him and the two of us had unfriendly words. I will not act as though I was perfect in this exchange… I was angry at his attacks. This individual had requested textures of mine only a month before (and fifaproo a few days before). Whatever I may have said, Arkantos went after my children with his attacks (my avatar was a picture of my two boys and me). Shortly thereafter, I found myself getting kicked from servers for seemingly no reason. I was contacted by the admin of the discord server FMG (royalbluesupporter) also known as RBS (you’ve probably seen his fantastic Bundesliga faces) and he asked about the accusations. He is a very decent person, and he informed me that three individuals had set about attempting to have me banned from all modding servers: they are Arkantos (the ring leader), fifaproo (the follower), and Marco (who - like me - is a member of the FIFA Infinity team and who I cannot recall ever interacting with).
It is for this reason that I am finished with modding (or at least with communal modding). I really tried to bring a different spirit to the whole scene. I tried to accommodate requests, to provide plenty of content of the best quality I could, to never attempt to make money off of any of it, and to give back to a community from which I had gained so much. To then be vilified by the same individuals (2 of them at least) that I had just provided with textures/patterns was too much for me. I thought to myself, “what am I doing? I am going out of my way to share and contribute to the community at no benefit to myself, only to be attacked as a fraud because I failed to give credit in a post a year back (I did credit in the AIO release notes, but apparently that doesn't matter) Enough of this BS”
And that is exactly where I am now. I love to mod, and it makes me happy to help people make mods that improve their experience; however, I now see that there is no corner of the internet not full of hateful people. For those who would have liked to have seen me continue modding, know that the following three individuals are the reason that I am no longer going to create content:

For me as a kitmaker it's a plague in the modding community when people take other work without crediting the original creator, that's why i pointed out that you take others work (from PES as well) and hide the original creators name and stuff so it appears you created it.
You requested proof and i presented it to you (still got the screenshots of it) where you got very agressive.
It was in the servers rules to credit original creators which you broke and got kicked out. (you left the other servers i was in and do have something to say months ago so no point in lieing about that)
