I think it is country related. For example English fans use scarves instead of flags, Italians use flags and South Americans just jump around. Ok, understood. There is a way to link it to a particular country or i.d. that enables flags. I think Czech Republic for instance. Link it to the same "country" as mamelodi and it will be activated.
