So this is what I did in total:-
1- replaced the DB file
2- replaced the compdata file
That is it..
Do I need to do something else as well?

After installing, I have a few problems with the patch and hope that someone can help me:
- Is it just me or doesn't the patch work with the Creation Master? When I open the db, I can't look at kits (I can neither see the texture, nor the preview) or faces (I can click the "show texture" (not for the players who got an updated FIFA 14-face) button but when I want to see the face-preview, an error appears. This happens with every player, not only the ones with a non-generic face!) :/
- I have some problems with the faces: Varane for example doesn't seem to have any face and Neymar still has his old FIFA 13 face while most of the other players got their updated FIFA 14 faces
- The goalkeeper gloves don't seem to work for me (It looks as if no gloves are selected for some keepers like Neuer or Valdes. Most of them work fine though)
- The players who got a new FIFA 14 face have weird parts of the face texture looking out of their kit (I think that was allready mentioned before)
- Some team names (I think it's only for the new teams) are shown like "TeamName_Abbr15_112674" aswell as the league names for the new leagues
I used a clean FIFA 13 version, installed the patch aswell as the db and then regenrated everything with the "Fifa13 i68Regenerator 3.1 UL".
What do you mean with "realistic youth players" ? I'm allready excited about the upcoming updates!

Only real differences are the updated squads, new faces, new kits, etc. but since all of this is included in the patch, there's no reason to buy FIFA 14. They are equal at the graphics and talking about the gameplay, I definitely prefer FIFA 13! And of course it's way cheaper

I will have an update that fixes these issues on Sunday. Let me address these issues one by one.
1 - These textures are mainly fifa 14 .rx3 files. I have tried to convert them to FIFA 13 .rx3 format but this does not work well. You will not see these textures unless you open them with CM14. You can use moddingway's fifa 13 faces and updated kits. I did not use them because I don't have permission to access them. I'm sure you can use them personally.
...I will fix the new team names and new player names.
I mean I will be making Youth national teams for the 53 national teams in the game. FOr instance, Bulgaria would not just have a Senoir national team, they will have at least an U17 and U20 national team as well.
***PS*** FOr gloves - I will fix those too. This was just an alpha version, but after a few hundred downloads, I did not get too much feedback so I have been focusing on stadiums rather than the issues you highlighted. Thanks, man. Much appreciated.

I don't think that's all that difficult. I can take a look at it later. The minis are the same I think. I will check and let you know.
Do you think you allready have some of the youth teams ready for the next update? Can't wait for them! How do you want to set their overall since you probably don't know every players strengths and weaknesses or will it be more or less random?

The career mode starts in July 2012, then you would have to change the respective calendar that began this season.
Would be good to put the South American league teams for career mode, meaning that they can not play with those leagues but have them do so with such equipment transfers.
There are several threads around here where there adboars this season. Png, I can convert the pasarcelos rx3 and so the game becomes more complete, always giving credit to people who did.
