No, you need to manually edit database to adapt them in their current form. The process is a little bit tedious and time consuming, but overall it is pretty simple. Use Andre's tutorial that rique has posted couple pages back.

Sorry buddy but sorry I won't be working I need to setup my cl I will not do this because I have a lot adboards installed via creation master or Packed in rx3.

Hey mate i tested it and here is the result.
I have animated adboards but not Aston Villa ones. I have "default" game adboards like twitter, you tube, fifa 16, premier league (new logos) and old barclays premier league. No custom Aston Villa.
I installed like this:
first i copied files to data/ui/game/adboards
edited cl.ini with codes
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_TEAM=1
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_ALLOWALL=1
ADBOARDS_DEBUG_FORCE_COMPETITION_SET=1
and regenerate. Then i imported in db sponsors and saved.

Just to clarify something, do i need Andy's patch first for this?
They are probably imported in rx3 with CGFE. Tournament graphic MUST be replaced in rx3 with Jenkeys FIFA File Explorer.
