Romanian Next Generation Project is FIFAClub's most ambitious project, a team formed from tallented editors who are looking to continue their efforts in creating high-quality FIFA patches.
The second version of this project is a FIFA 13 based one.
The main goal of the first RNGP is bringing a very complex experience to FIFA 13 fans, and for this, we put a lot of effort to accomplish the following content in the patch that will be released after July 15th:
• All 18 Liga 1 Bergenbier teams are fully licensed, containing:
- Up to date rosters (20 December 2012)
- Home, Away and some 3rd kits
- High-Quality Logos
- 100 detailed player faces
- Real Club Budgets
- Accurate player skills
- Real player heights, weights and birthdays
- Custom Team Tactics & Attributes
• Romanian Leagues and Cup are featured in both Career Mode and Tournament Mode
• Specific "Liga 1 Bergenbier" romanian referees, stadium adboards, team flags, banners, scoreboards, chants (optional) and more
• A whole bunch of free agent players
• Revamped Romanian National Team
• Many other key additions and touches added into the game that will take the patch quality to the next level
• Small, fast, easy to use and beautiful looking patch installer

Can you tell us what you gonna add in the patch? What about 2nd division? Kits, faces, real name of tournaments etc...Can you add Del Piero at Sydney? Thanks

The first tier will be added, as always, fully licensed, with lots of kits [ Home, Away, Third, GK ], HQ logos, real adboards for each team and many more. If you played RNGP 12, imagine an improved version of it, in FIFA 13. We may have real stadiums ready by the launch date, also.

We know we had you lads waiting for a long time but the clock is ticking and there are less than 7 days, if not even better, until the release of the patch.
With the combined effort of our team members we managed to deal with a lot of details like:
Joining date for players on teams
Real, specific referee faces
About 100 specific player faces with stunning quality from AlexBN
Improved OVR for all the players
The only replacement is the Irish League in Career Mode - Manager, in every other mode the Airtricity League is working as it should.
Optional scoreboard+pop-ups and chants add-ons.
Fonts for the majority of teams.
All the kits were created again from scratch, no kit is the same as the ones in RNGP 12.
...and many others.
The release date is near, stay tuned for a gameplay video and more screenshots in the following days.

• Unprecedented level of details
In RNGP 13 for the first time we were able to introduce in-depth details like referee faces and accurate statistic information [ joining team date and realistic workrate ]. Also, faces were vastly improved by our new addition to the team, AlexBN. With the use of original EA IDs where possible, we managed to get commentary names for more than 50 top players in the league
• Stability guaranteed
5 days of closed BETA Testing and 24 hours after the public release, not a single crash has been reported. The patch works fine with all the FIFA 13 versions available, original or nulled ones, and with all the updates made by EA.
• Minimal alteration of the original game
Our DB team replaced the low-rated Airtricity League for the Manager Mode part of FIFA 13. Nevertheless, the Irish League is playable in Tournament Mode.
• Extra content already available
If you want to feel the game at its maximum you can already download chants for most of the teams in the league, and a pack of DIGI Sport scoreboard/pop-ups.
• Record number of downloads
The patch has been released at 21:00 PM on Christmas Eve, less than 24 hours ago, and it already managed to gather more than 10.000 national and international downloads. The excitement around the project has been immense: ~ 1500 comments were posted in the 24 hour period before the launch.
• There's more to come
We are planning an add-on for late winter that will introduce, along with the January transfer updates, the first Romanian stadiums in NG format. Also, the second tier of Romanian football is planned for the spring.

Hello dude. I want to ask how can we combine a gameplay mode (Fidel's or AP) with the Romanian patch? Somethink like DBM? Or which tool should we use? Thanks

If those patches have a database it is very complicated. Also I do not know the method of DB editing by those editors, altough I must admit they are making the best gameplay patches available. If they aren't using database, the patches are completely compatible.
