you must edited files from game/dlc/dlc_footballCompEng/dlc/data/cmsettings but i don't know which lines .. i disable transfers&friendlies matches from there for career!

Well, I have a problem with the patch. Everything works fine, but the transfer market is broken. The players are way to expensive, a 68 overall player costs 12 millions, a 72 overall player costs 25 millions....what should I do?

That's happening because you're not using the version of the patch from their site, but the one from another site, that is more complex, but also has many bugs.

Download the official version from here and install it on a clean install of FIFA 13!

Is there a fix for the Romania national team ?

The only fix "available" is to open CM 13, choose Romania and remove the extra players from the NT squad until you'll have only 23 players (make sure you have 3 GKs left in that squad). Save the DB and it should work now!

Here is a trick in order to avoid waiting for a National Team Managment Job in Career Mode for so long (like Romania National Team, for instance):
- You have to find out the specific day that NT Jobs are offered (e.g.: During the 1st Season in Career Mode, it is usually offered an International Managment Job; especially, 25-28 of May, just the day before Champions League Final match is held).
- If the National Team you like has not been appeared, select "Back", then "Quit" without "Save".
- Select again "Continue Career Mode" and repeat this procedure as many times as it takes to appear the National Team Managment Job you wish.

I have done this for countless times and it always works ! You can try this not only for National Team Managment Jobs, but also for Tranfers, in terms of acceptance or rejection involving an offer that I have already done.

These are very old photos. A lot of changes have been made. I promise you that RNGP v2 will be the best patch ever, without GK with 80 Heading and field players with 95 potential. And it will include almost all Winter and Summer transfers and changes of positions, OVR, potential for a lot of players, not just the "important" one.
