Ok all i do is download a theam from the internet i will post tha address at the bottom
(And use programs like window blinds, icon packer, desktop X, object dock ect to install them) you can get free ones but the ones you pay for are much better.
then i use photoshop to make the wall so it all goes together if you have more questions just ask.

Holy jesus, robbie, these are just great! can I request you a wallpaper, mate...that's all I need to finish mine...if you can make me one like your office one, it would be great. Mine is some kind of futuristic theme, i have some real nice ttfonts that you can use for it, ive made few icons, thanks in advance man!

you talking about the wallpaper or the icons i made?! Well, about the wallpaper, i meant that freakin' nice wallpaper you made, which you used the lightning tut, and even made a room to place the windows media player in it..that was the best you made imo, and i loved the last one too, with the tag for your games, that was great
