Just take a look at the UEFA country rankings, grap a pen and a paper, see how many places each country has available (League Positions for UCL; League Positions, Cup Winners/League Cup Winners for Europa league), create a list and edit the tournaments in Creation Master. :) All you need is a little patience.

must we go after we install the patch to english language?
bcoz i went to portuguese language and then i remembered to go to english language and the patch was weird

Well, I installed it on a clean FIFA10 and after installing there is no Romanian league or divisions, only the leagues that are present on a clean FIFA10. There must be something wrong....
