I take this idea from @GIGGIRIVA ,@rescalon70 and @pollard7545 and i think @Skoczek said that he wants to do this, but for polish league. I'm romanian, so it will a pleasure to create the teams.
I think i will share cmps with the leagues, i'm not sure yet.
I will start with the 2010s because i have kits for them.
Obviously, anyone can help with kits or something.
Anyway, @GIGGIRIVA, @valambrosio2 and @Jbou41 ,can i use your romanian stuff?

yes mate, of course you can use all and surely some teams will be included at least in my addon
