Guys... This is the best i can do I must say... Widened the forehead vertically, smoothen the face and here it is. Feel free to comment just bear in mind I simply suck at editing .rav or rather the head structure. Your help is welcomed. I would be happy to accept any offers on editing .rav and smoothening the face colours etc. Hope u people like it. The teeth is just for show as i edited the htee in pkshared just to get it as close as possible to the pic. I'm sure you'll understand. Tata.
