Roster Update 2012/2013

So then I have the fifa.db file with players updated for some teams. They are,

Arsenal
Aston Villa
Everton
Fulham
Chelsea
Liverpool
Manchester United
Manchester City
Newcastle United
Tottenham Hotspur
Real Madrid
FC Barcelona
Bayern Munich

All the transfers before the current window are present, squads are as available at www.footballsquads.co.uk

I actually have Fifa13, but this roster update I did for a friend of mine, whose PC cannot support Fifa13 or any other version after Fifa09. So I thought someone might just need it in here, if there is any response, then I can upload it. Or even maybe update other teams and league and stuff.

PS: Also, is uploading fifa.db file legal? Or is it against rules, I ask because its a part of the Fifa09 package.

my pc does not support versions after fifa09.i am editing fifa09 using creation master 09 for a cuple of years to keep new squad.
if you give me db file.i will be very thankful to you.
