and the same problem
it is just make a background on the fifa and mini faces russia national team
and no russian league
i think the problem in the fatbuilding in the patch it is no longer take time when the back window (dos) open it is writiong alot of words and closes finish plez help me

The problem is in that fact that fifa.db wasn't installed properly... It may be caused by installation RPL09 in NON-CLEAR fifa.

This patch can be installed only on clean fifa.

By the way, using content of our patch is not allowed, so i dont know how can u creat ur CMP.

reinstalled the fifa and clean no modifing in fifa.fat
and i setup the patch
the same problem

How to create a cmp for your own purposes only:

1) Download exe of patch and install into a different directory NOT the FIFA 09 DIRECTORY

2) Open CM 09 and click on "select all" NOT open, browse for the folder in which you install and select the fifa database and language database

3) It should open the database exactly from the patch so no need for clean fifa, once it is open go to patch->create

4) From here create a cmp with the leage, team, stadium, etc....

Done, import to your modded fifa database with no database with no problem, be careful that the team. id or player id don't overide any team or player they are not supposed to (Red means its overriting an id, Green means its creating a new id)

But if you install cmp's before you should be ok
