RX3 Master Crashes On Startup

I wanted to start RX3 Master but the tool just crashes when I click on it and I get a standard windows error message (win 7 64 bit)

I already have net framework 3.5 and 4.5 installed. what else can I do?

You're missing some files most likely.

Put these files in this path - Program Files (x86)\Fifa Master\File Master\Graph

the filemaster itself opens properly but not the rx3 master...
