I think that Quique may put him aside to think about his condition and let Moreira play, he's a great keeper.

Uefa Cup "is gone", we have chances in qualification if:

we won the league cup today, but sporting deserved the win clearly, benfica football sucks nowdays, i dont know what Quique is doing, it's a good person, i like him, but, his decisions are quite sad... with great players he couldn't put benfica at the top...

How was Suazo's performance? Since it was his 1st after his recent injury.

Suazo wasn't in the game, in 90 minutes he touched 4 or 5 times in the ball, he played really bad to me. When the game was almost finished he made two good sprints with the ball, but with no good results. I think he lacked confidence in this game.

lol I know you're joking but Yebda doesn't touch him, and besides what's on the refs report is "Yebda rasteira Lisandro". Right..


But I didn't enjoy winning the cup I have to say. I didn't celebrate, it's just a stupid cup anyway. Porto did well not caring much about it and concentrate on the league/CL. And because Benfica didn't deserve to win. Seems the players don't care. Quique sucks.

Seriously, I know the feeling, Benfica lost too many times unfairly with direct influence of the ref. Lucilio was in a bad position to judge the play, he should've gone with the linesman's opinion of the play. It either is a BAD technical error or he was trying to compensate us for the numerous occasions we were harmed this season.

I think the worst of it is seeing Benfica this year has quality players and good substitutes and we don't even play as a team. Quique should be able to do much better, at least make them play like a team for a change, not every player trying to resolve things individually. Oh and an attacking formation instead of defense-counterattack, FFS.


Regarding Suazo, man did he suck or what? I don't know if it has anything to do with his latest injury but we can't use him on a 4-4-2 he's pretty much useless, he's a good player to use in 4-3-3 formation though.

And concerning this, Quique is burning Cardozo - our best goalscorer hands down. We must play with Nuno Gomes and Cardozo upfront. And how about the wingers actually advance to the goal line? I know it's a crazy idea but could work.
