but it said "any country" ... anyone figure out why CM don't allow Saudi to play in other country? hmm ... weird ...

I had this, I always try to buy Saudi's, cause I try to buy players with the most caps, and often it are Saudi's.

I've encountered this problem so many times. After having an awesome season with Mohammed Al-Deayea in goal on CM97-98 that I tried signing him on CM01-02 but even when hes a free agent I couldn't buy him :|:(

same here wi my bro, but before he started with norwich he put al deayea already there and subtracted about 500k from the norwich bank :)
