If you are using CM09 you cause use the 08 Template of 768x768 or you can just go into MS Paint and change the size to 512x1024 and import it. Either way works.

Also, anyone reading this post (specifically those making requests), consider learning how to make kits for yourself or perhaps helping us make some of the national teams kits we so desperately need.
There are over 200 teams and every one of them eventually needs kits and minikits. With your help we can get a kit for every team in the world from the Netherlands to Comoros.
We can teach you how to make simple kits and at least for my patches I will accept beginners kits since we really desperately need them for these national teams.
Consider it and contact me. We'll show you how to make simple kits for yourself!
