EDIT: BTW do you need me to help you find the Liga do Brazil logo? I know its difficult to find. I don't even think there is a logo. Also I think Italian Serie A & B have the same logos.

It seems obvious there's not .EXE, all are PNG to import with CM09. I'm not a great fan of .EXE file, after it's installed, everybody complains that's your fault their FIFA sucks. Anyway, it takes maximum 1h to install all with CM, which is not that much time.
