bro, commonsense would tell you to put his db & loc folders in the data folder & regenerate just in case.

of course, but in this patch (vs 1.4) there are only graphics files, without db and language files. and you if you start the game, it return to windows in one second

Bro, new version v1.5 is released.

and the new update gonna be released after finish transfer window.

i suggest to you, just try to clean install the game then install this patch.
btw, new version doesn't need to new fifa.exe.
this was entegrated the game.
database and the other basic files are not locked anymore.
so, it's the best version.
