That is quite good for a first effort! Here are some logo position templates which may help:

If you extend the canvas for your logos so they are square, resize to 50x50 for the shirt and 50x45 for the shorts, then they should fit neatly in the green boxes. You can also use the armband from my kits if you want. Also, when you upload to imageshack, uncheck the resize box as it resizes shirts from 1024x1024 to 800x800.
