Just watched the semis. Front page stats don't really show it but Leipzig seemed to dominate in their Semi to me. The score-line showed that a little, but the possession and shots stats didn't.

Any feedback on the FIFA stage so far (except the long wait times of course)?

Fun or boring?

Waste of time? Worth doing next year?

Feedback would be appreciated because that took up a huge amount of my precious time.

there is nothing like the FIFA/PES stage, because you actually get to see your team come to life ... on a personal level, drawing most every match at nil till I got knocked on pens sucked, but I watched regardless ... I also checked out other teams' matches, to see if at least that manager's philosophy was executed properly ...

anyway, a heap of kudos for putting on the show, Nady ...

To be honest I find the matches boring and only made sure to check the results of my matches. Nothing to do with you, the FIFA phase never appealed to me but I appreciate the undertaking it represented.

I only watched my games, and a few key matches in the knockout stages. But yeah, it's a little boring because the AI just isn't up to par, so you can't get into the game. Nothing to do with anybody other than the game itself.

I found that too in previous fifa stages also.

Any suggestions on what kind of competition we can make? We never had a PES stave. Would anyone be interested in that?

Another idea: how about making the fm stage as a tournament as opposed to a league? Therr will be much less games and whoever does it cohld record the games and upload them on youtube.

I like the idea of FM, but I think that a constantly updated league is too much hassle and might even be impossible (20 users?) I might get it this year because I have a proper laptop now and if I do I might be able to help out with compiling the database. It could be tournies or a league or whatever.

What I am talking about is simming individual games (simming friendlies) then uploading which is the exact way we do it for Fifa.
