Okay then, maybe I'll make my own challenge for it.

I was just checking the ''Richest Clubs'' menu in the game when I noticed UAE's Al-Jazira Sports & Culture Club. They have the same owner as Manchester City. Would it be fun to place them in a European competition and play with them? I already saw someone on another forum play with Raja Casablanca and Etoile du Congo in France and both games looked quite fun. Perhaps solely focussing on African talent in such a game could be a fun idea, there's plenty of that in the game.

Better idea: build an army of young African youth players and name the manager Joseph Kony. Or is that in poor taste?

(Perhaps this could be a thread for general save ideas.)

I think it would be interesting to just play them in Asia, although I imagine it wouldn't be much of a challenge.

I downloaded the Qatar, Bahrair and Saudi Arabia league files before but got bored with my save games due to foreigner restrictions.

We could edit that away for any Asian league we select. We could also place some sugar daddies here and there to possibly have some strong rivalries inside and outside the country.

I still cry myself to sleep after the failure of the Vlad game. I got into it.

I'll see if I have the funds to buy it this year. I didn't have a go with the last Succession because mine was pirated. The fact is I only buy FIFA nowadays becaus of the online modes; seeing as I can play FM online without buying, I don't tend to spend money on it.

Also I would really advocate for a save in Portugal, but the fact is the database is usually rubbish, plus this year there was the introduction of the B teams which I'm sure they will **** up. The guy at the head of the portuguese research is hated by the community here, yet he still gets a job year after year.

Overkill in the financial department ruined that a bit for me. Having success became too easy and too early.

We were talking about England, follow the Chelmsford formula. Fili was advocating for Portugal a few posts ago, which I don't think is a bad idea at all considering the lack of significant foreigner rules. We also mentioned Sheikh Mansour's other club Al-Jazira in Abu Dhabi (edit them in another league?), but that's going to be complicated.

In Portugal I'd say Marítimo or Nacional on Madeira. In England it'd be totally random for me.

I was also thinking of a team on the Canary Islands. Tenerife, Las Palmas? In Spain we'd be dealing with foreigner rules, but the competition will always be interesting.

Germany would be good because of the lack of foreigner rules.

Holland because of that too, and the task of bringing the league up, and winning in Europe would be challenging.

Bringing the league up is an overrated challenge. We'd most likely win all league games season after season while the AI teams get nowhere with their bad signings. That gets boring quickly. Germany's good, though.

And we all agree we're going to use a sugar daddy again, right? I would suggest not touching the starting budgets, overkill in the editing department could ruin the game very soon. Maybe adjust the balance to about 10/15 million at most if the situation is really bad at a club.

Do you have a suggestion for a club? Chelmsford started out in Conference South. Conference North? Or a club in 3. Bundesliga?
