I forgot about 3.Bundesliga. I wonder if we could download the regional leagues, because that would be the equivalent of League 2 and promotion could potentially be a little more difficult. If we're going to have a sugar daddy, I think it would be interesting to be VfB Lubeck, because of Lubeck's history as a merchant/trading/capitalist hub as the capital of the Hanseatic League. If we want to go even further down, I've always wanted a game with Berliner FC Dynamo, who are in the fifth tier.

If we can't download a bigger league, I'd say Saarbrucken because they have the biggest stadium and are the flag bearer for Saarland, who actually tried to qualify for the 1954 World Cup.

Baah, not 3. please! Even though I haven't updated my thread in a while I still have my save with Hallescher... Although I can always pick it up later on when we're in the Bundesliga...

Hehe, no, I understand that could be boring. I downloaded the editor file and everything seems fine with the Regionalliga and Oberliga, it's very detailed. Either Lübeck and Berliner Dynamo are up for some decent management! Let's flip a coin.

Capitalist, clearly... I can start the game. Editor settings? Do we want funny names? Funny sponsors? I want to create some kits again, I always get motivated by creating a little world around the game.

Can we name the manager Uli Kunkel?

I'll spectate a few seasons, because I can't be bothered doing big creative write ups and that bores everyone.

If it goes well after a few seasons I'll jump in if you guys need someone to take a season.

I was going to suggest getting an add-on that unlocks lower German divisions. I think that makes the most sense. I think that's what you've agreed on now?

Haha so do I. Do it with my own games too.

I think this is why I always wanted the sugar daddy to lay off after a few seasons at the top- it fits any story line much better.

In this instance though I don't care. Not going to get involved with this game. Look forward to reading it though!

Starting that low, without a sugar daddy, and with a new manager every year would lead to staying in low divisions for years and years OR everyone secretly cheating.

There is now way, quit the continuity of one manager, that you can build a side from the really low divisions up to the top, without sugar daddy

And previous experiences have told us people *cough*ShiftyPowers*cough* only want to play with money to spend. The Breaking Bad game and some other games flopped because there wasn't a sugar daddy.

Anyway, I created the thread. I'll start playing this week.

I think the Luch game flopped more because of stupid foreign player rules than the sugar daddy thing...We never even got to the stage of toning down the Daddy
