I used 2 textures. 1 was yours and I can't remember nor find who made the 2nd one. I made some edits and tried to find the golden middle :)

Still not sure about his hair. Anyone know a good mohawk? Richards' one doesn't align well because Micah's head model is a bit bent. Balotelli's hair doesn't look well.
