17 May FC Shakhtar has got a claim made by Ilsinho’s agent, stated the player’s intention to end a contract without mutual consent.

Ilsinho joined FC Shakhtar in July 2007. The player agreed a four-year contract at the Club, obliging to extend it for a year. In other words, it was provided that Ilsinho shall extend the contract over a year more on the expiry of a two-year period of his appearance for Shakhtar. In the event of cancellation, the player is to be imposed a fine, specified in the contract.

During the 2009/2010 season the Club was opening negotiations with the player for the current contract is to be extended for a year or renewed for five years more. However Ilsinho rejected this offer. As a result FC Shakhtar was made impose a fine on the player under this contract. For the mentioned period Ilsinho has got his salary in full by the time fixed.

FC Shakhtar intends to sue the player for breach of contact. The case of Ilsinho’s reimbursement recovery, specified in his contract, comes to Lausanne Court of Arbitration for Sport.

One of my favorite FM teams of all time. Did a treble with them and only a draw @ Valeri Lobanovskiy on match day 27 kept me from winning all 30 league games (a 19 year old missed an open net for me in the 86th minute too :().

Anyway, good team, I like them.

Shakhtar Donetsk youth squad was reinforced with a promising player. It is representative of Georgia Tornike Okriashvili. FC Gagry youngster is only 18, but he is already well-known in the football world.

In any case, several famous clubs wanted to have this talented attacking midfielder playing in their teams, but today Okriashvili has joined Shakhtar Donetsk side. Specialists mark up Tornike’s non-standard technique, multiplied with his speed qualities.

Meanwhile a half-year agreement for a Georgian player's loan is signed. If after this term expiration the sides consider necessary to continue their relations, Shakhtar will be eligible to buy out Okriashvili’s contract completely.

Dmytro Chygrynskyy has joined Shakhtar
On 6 July Dmytro Chygrynskyy has agreed a five-year contract at FC Shakhtar, following his arrival from FC Barcelona. The transfer was valued at € 15 million.

Dmytro Chygrynskyy is welcome to join his home squad. This purchase will help much to reinforce Shakhtar’s defensive line. We wish Dmytro a big success, wearing the Pitmen’s shirt.

Today on 21 July FC Shakhtar have signed a Brazilian-born Croatian forward Eduardo Da Silva from Arsenal London on a 4-year contract being anticipated by all the international media.


All the details were agreed tonight at Donbas Arena in Donetsk.

Within the nearest time the newcomer will be introduced to Ukrainian media representatives as well as to the Pitmen fans.


Profile
Eduardo Da Silva was born on 25th February 1983 in Rio de Janeiro. He initially started his football career in Brazil, when later on moved to Croatia as a resident. Eduardo has been appearing for Dinamo Zagreb and Inter Zaprešić.

Following his return to Dinamo Zagreb, Eduardo became a regular in their starting line-up and was recognized as the best striker of the Croatian League. He managed to achieve two trophies in Croatian Championship and two in Croatian Cup, as well as secured the Club’s third champions’ crown in Super Cup. He was awarded as the Best Croatian Player twice.
Eduardo made Arsenal London move in July 2007.

FC Shakhtar forward Oleksandr Gladkyy has sealed FC Dnipro switch. The transfer fee amounted to € 7 million.
