Simply rename the files to the original naming convention and the id that you wish to replace.

Unfortunately no. It seems hardcoded into the stadium that u are replacing .

i dont think there is a way to change the positions of the managers and the bench regardless of how u use them, either by stadium server or replacing.

Muy buenas las imágenes de sus estadios amigo. Pero por favor, realice un pack con los estadios que esta haciendo y si puede haga un parche exe, para instalarlos directamente. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR SU TRABAJO Y PERDÓN POR MI INGLES,PUES SOY ESPAÑOL Y NO LO HABLO Y UTILIZO UN TRADUCTOR DE INTERNET PARA ESCRIBIR ESTO Y MUCHAS VECES LOS TRADUCTORES DE INTERNET,NO SON TODO LO EXACTOS QUE UNO QUERRÍA.
