This is the thread where you get to enter your data for the player you wish to be included in the SG United Update for Football Manager 2005. No need for any calculating this time, I just need some personal info. By completing the following form, and, if you like, adding a picture of yourself to your post, you will have signed up 
The picture should ideally be over 95x95 pixels. Upload it here, or use imageshack, doesn't matter.
People who already have their face in the game don't need to do this, as their pic will be linked to them automatically.
The rules for signing up are:
- One line of play only (GK, SW, D, DM, M, AM, or F)
- Maximum 2 sides (Right, Left, and Center)
- Consider signing up an extra EU-nationality, if you're non-EU. I'll set you declared for your actual nationality if you ask me to.
- Preferred foot can be Right, Left, Right Only, or Left Only. Not Both.
- You can select 2 boosted skills from the following list. These skills will be set to start at 15.
