I'm really not keen on any of these.

The Arsenal one seems messy somehow, I think the cutting and effects on the players are really poor.

The Messi one is just
What are the 3 colours on the left about? The stock is bad and the random shapes on the right just look plain weird.

The Ajax one is nice apart from either the really bad cutting or the fact that you've put stroke on the image. Text looks a bit out of place also
