you are always mirroring and fifa11 text format is bigger and a lil bit different. So download texmod and with that you can export and import the texts^^.

logging mode, select fifa exr and output format .png. Click run and choose the player you want to give a new face for your arena. Then scroll with + and - through the texts and wehn the texture of the player youve chosen appears press enter thats it^^.
