Slow Down fix for the S*** MX cards

nothing works...it's just TOO fast with the speedup patch
I checked my vidcard settings, and I found out this:



my agp settings has been set at 2x, I think that might be the problem that some people just can't get the game at a proper speed... does anyone know how I can setit at 4x ? In my bios setup, it says that AGP 4X has been enabled...

Could you please tell me how to apply this speedup patch? I've tried all the buttons (which have the text all messed up) , but it seems to do nothing to the file PES3.EXE
