What is the purpose of these kits? Where to get the teams? I refer to a patch for example.
It would be awesome to have an expansion on FIFA Infinity. Which is soccergaming's main patch.
Like the beautiful kits/teams of the Polish 2nd Div, made by robmar85.
You should get in touch with scouser, developer of Infinity, who knows how to create an expansion.
Everything has a lot of quality. complete kits; 3rd Kit; Goalkeeper Kit. lol
It's sad none of this is in a patch, worldwide.

you're right. These kits would make more sense and be "playable" with a patch that includes the teams and leagues.
In summer 2021 I posted a patch for Fifa14 (I don't have Fifa16) with spanish amateur leagues (124 teams)
it was pretty basic. the season began in 2013 and the rest of the leagues were not updated
I'm currently working on a new version for this season. Primera Federación, Segunda and some teams from Tercera Federación (3rd, 4th & 5th tiers of spanish football). I think it will be 160 teams. It will take me a while -I've already done about 60% and hope to finish it by the end of January- (For Fifa14)
Other users have worked on mods for fifa 22 (by @itsByGexX)
or fifa21 (by @jlastur33)
@jlastur33 is also working on a mod for fifa23
and others use these kits to make their own leagues and teams for fifa16 (I don't know if only for own use or with the intention of making a patch)
I got in touch with Harry BullZak about the possibility of including Spain 3rd level in FIP. He wanted to release the first FIP version and then he would take a look. I can remind him again, but I can't do more than offer my help. Harry does a great job, spectacular and I don't like to insist too much.
Ooh boy can't wait for that !!
