Special Skill Icons

Does someone knows how the speciall skill icons are setted?
For example some players with shoot abillity of 60 have SHOOT skill icon, but some players with shoot of 85 dont have it.
In Croatian squad Zivkovic who is defender and has dribbling abillity of 40 has DRIBBLING icon, but guys with drblling higher than 80 dont have it. Tudor has tackilng abilllity of 94, but he doesnt have any special skill icons, but Mornar with tackkilng of 65 has TACKLING icon.
I guess everything is OK with big stars like Figo, Zidane, Beckham.., if they have for example shooting of 90 they have SHOOT icon, but there is great ilogicallity with other players.
Some really weak teams have few special skill guys in their squad, but some good teams that qualified for Portugal like Sweden, Russia, Bulgaria dont have a single special skilled guy.
In NHL hockey players that have speed, shoot, higher than 85 have speciall skill icon, i wish it was so logicall in EURO 2004 too.
I guess that makers of this game did a poor job with this, because they only made right few top teams, but they screwed up the others.

yeah another screw up.... not only that, but most of the countries have wrong squads, kits etc. (I'm talking about liscenced teams)

Icons by names of star players like Zidane, Figo, Beckha, Ballac, Raul... they have special shooting, dribbling, tackling and runing abbility, look more closer to the player bar when you play, next to stamina.

i think the icons refer to that team only....

Like some sucky player from lichtenstein has a 70 shot and he's the highest player on that team, than thats his star ability. A top player from another team like France may have a higher shot ability than the other player with 70 from lichtenstein but the player from France may not have the highest shot on his team or thats not what he's known for.

I dont know for sure, thats just a guess.

it's just the player moral ... if it's increasing it will be green
if it's decreasing it will be red
if this what you are talking about

No! Moral is another thing. I cant belive people didnt noticed skill icons. For example Michael Owen of England has speed as special skill. So he has ICON OF PLAYER RUNNING NEXT TO HIS NAME AND STAMINA BAR.
LOOK MORE CLOSER, AND OF COURSE ONLY FEW STAR PLAYERS HAVE THIS; NOT ALL!

PS: Look at page 10 of game manual and everything will be ok.

but i dont know how to use that
