I' ve found the same promlem...

Guys. I finally see the "Export 3D Model" option, but when i press the button i get this error.

By the way i can't export as b2f. There's no sav as btf option. Do i need other script to do export as btf? Please help me guys

SMH...Carrick calm down...You've been doing this since atleast fifa 07...be patient. Upton Park will be released soon. DO you think harassing (yes I said it) stadium makers is nice? Do you think thta will motivate the person to work harder and better on your patch? I'm sure he's trying to do a quality job for you.
P.S. Why haven't you learned to make stadiums and made the stadium yourself? Won't the hammers have a new stadium soon?

How long does it take to add lightmaps to a stadium?

Depend from lot of things, like what is your PC configuration, how much meshes have the stadium and ofcurse how much free time you have. For high quality stadiums it may take 12-24 hours only making lightmaps and nothing else. I have a hour or two per day free time(not every day),so it meens that take to me one week to do lightmaps with my pc. And if you do semthing wrong you may start from the begining. So it is not so easy.

How long does it take to add lightmaps to a stadium?

depends on how complex the stadium itself. When i have learned to do lightmap for PES stadiummaking, it took me a week for just to figure how to set the lightmap texture correctly and map for one weather condition (texture size, margin, etc) and my stadium is not that complex because i was just a newbie back then. The rest is easier because i've figured it out. I know it's a different game but i think the lightmapping part is the same for both games.

It's much easier if you're ex-PES stadiummaker like Shawminator or Twich because they're experienced with lightmaps since 3 years. But for someone who's new to lightmapping, it will take longer to do it to have good qualities.

Is there any guide or tuto somewhere to do this whit 3D Max? because i did't amost all fine with $ido's tuto, but the same error i talk befor don't let me finish the process.

It´s will be the second season of let´s convert, you can´t convert a stadium directly form 3DS-Max to FIFA12 ´´cause the tool (sw12) doesn´t support a second layer in .3ds files.
