Yes, they are in my plans. As well as some Italian ones. But can't promise anything right now. It's not that fast and the stadiums are many. I also want to add more from Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, lower English leagues, some Eastern European grounds, South America, Asia...
You see how big is the list, just mentioning the countries. Imagine if I start to list the stadiums I want to add in the game. Expect a surprise next few days

Regarding Euro 2008 venues, we have great Vienna, Salzburg and Basel from you.
Bern and Zurich that we have are with bugs - not sure if fixing them or converting from scratch would be the better option.
Innsbruck, Klagenfurt and Geneve have not been made for F14.
As I'm sure you're aware, there are F16 versions available by Raven, PES 6/2008 versions and now all of them seem to have been exported from the X360 UEFA Euro 2008 game by Tokke with Euro 2008 dressings and the 16 teams' flags hanging from under the roof.

Great, in Switzerland and Austria I think that also Geneva has been redone by ravenfcb for 16, and he also made FC Thun stadium and FC Lugano grounds.
Austria has also Upc Arena from Sturm Graz and Graz Ak done for 16.
Belgium has Bosuil from Antwerp and Regenboogstadion from Zulte actualized.
