At the end of the day I do not want to argue with anyone - Sido just needs to back up his work by actually releasing it. People want more than just screenshots.

yes carrick but when the clubs search and find your work then you get post and you cant release your work! Or you have to pay so much money that you think it is not normal....

it is ready when there is an download button... He waits for some textures (new advertising) at the moment, but mexican traveller have to do some work for his study now...so the work goes slowly forward.

So you're saying that because some football club emailed him to not release their stadium without their permission, Sido therefore releases nothing?

Also, the Rhein-Energie stadium was already released ages ago by Schwenker from ECP. So it'd be ok if it's released somewhere else in Germany?

Or what if your Landsmännin Kim Dotcom offered to release the stadium free of charge @ MEGA? Would Koeln FC start chasing after him too?

Didn't you know? Schwenker had to pay the club 5 million euros to release the stadium :rofl:

Ohk so that makes sense for not releasing Rhein-Energie stadium, but what about other stadiums? like Sido never releasing Upton Park even though Carrick was helping Sido just like he's helping BFL TEAM now.

believe what you want my graduation was about that part and all clubs have an look on it....and i did my graduation with the best honor that you can get in germany.
They have screening departments in the club and searching all over the web. Watch the Marken and Patentamt in germany there are all brands are registered and when you take some of the protected brands, labels etc...they get you and what you have to pay for isnt a joke.
Search for it and you will see everything is registered Names, Brands , Pictures, Rights of their names and so on......

ohk so everything is protected by patenting and branding; but I wonder if that was the reason why FIFA-ECP collapsed or whether everone from that site just simply moved on. Because they did release a few german stadiums and they never mentioned any legal action taken agianst them by any football club.

Besides, West Ham is an English club. I'd highly doubt they would have registered trademarks in Germany which would see Sido receive legal notices from them within Germany.

no that not ! He have a lot of luck with his editing...maybe at this time they dont search for it...or they have dont found it.
I know $ido a long time ago also personally, sometimes we went out and drink some beer and have fun...next saturday we will do this again.
He is a good men, very busy in cause of his job and when he say something you can trust his words in real live.
SO there is a reason why he can stand to his words here. And when you dont believe the reason why then think what you want......
I know it and i have seen it and i have written my graduation about this issue.

So this was the last word from me to this issue. Some german pages are closed now they get post from a lawyer and you have to choose to pay 25.000€ or close this page.....and now two or three pages are closed...

I will make a screenshot from Marken and Patentamt with the registered Rhein Energie and you will see its the truth...

I read very carefully and I don`t get it. If we are doing something for free, without to earn money for that, why someone will search something from us? I`ll name my Upton park(for example) when is ready to Rupton park, the stadium is not 100% replication of the original stadium, also I`ll change some small things in boards with brands(alpari will be allpari, adidas will be adibas etc.). Than what thay will want from me?
This is for this case, not connected to any of the stadiummakers, couse I have big respect to all of them!

yes svence you can rename it as you want when the structure is the same you dont have the right to youse this building, because evryone knows it is not Rupton Park it is Upton park. that is enough to get you.... So long as you do it only for yourself and your friends it is ok, but when you upload it on an hoster and this hoster earns money with advertising or something else and maybe you get also money for clicks at your page....then it is possible that you get post from this department that you must delete your file or have to pay for it..... Believe me thats the truth . It is not nly stadium editing the whole editing area is in a grey zone of legal or illegal.
And in Germany it is very very hard with this legal.
