Staff Upgrade

Everytime i win a match i get about 10 points to upgrade my staff, which means i can upgrade a staff by 2 lines MAX.

How come so little!???!?! ive been playing half a season and ive won 24/28 games and all my staff are about half way through level 0.!!!

Is it normal ffor the staff to upgrade so slowly? and To only get 10 points per won match?

I also dont seem to be getting points when i draw and when i lose.

Do i have to upgrade some staff to get more upgrades when i win?

Try to focus your points into a single category instead of spreading it all so thin.

I would suggest fitness or finances.

my fitness is at level 1 and my finance half way level 0 like the rest, except my scouting is about 1/4. So its normal to get around 10 points per won game? THanks

Yes, 10pt/win appears to be what I get at the moment as well. It seems like it would take forever to get much upgraded before you had to retire(15yrs)...*shrugs*...

especially when there are ten levels!!! Well if i get about 1 level per stat per season i should prob get around level 8 for each in 15 seasons

Was I the only one amused by the "Footlocker Manager Guy" you receive when you upgrade fitness the first time?

I actually laughed aloud when he appeared.

Hey guys,
I`m starting to get about 15-20 points /match (i`m in my second season), so i think we`ll be able to upgrade more than lvl 8 `till career ends.
Anyway, i wonder if one star and half is better than 1 star(i mean 100 points vs. 150 points)...
And one more question, is about the players upgrade, when they gain skills, at the end of each season or when i rich a higher level? Or maybe it matters how manny games they where put on, or how well they perform in games...I just end my 1`st season, i had all upgrades at min. lvl 1 and i didn`t see any difference on some players (they were not new aditions or something), and some of then was 1 skill up (let`s say from 64 to 65) and others 2, and i had same lvl on both defenders and middfielders.

I don't think so. I went from Northampton to Leeds United, and I had to start all over with my staff.

I was also going to mention that if you win something like 10 or 12 games in a row, then usually (not always) the board of directors will give you 100 or 200 points to use for your staff. I've had that happen to me 2 times now.

Also, I had a season ticket holder give me 200 points to use for my transfers. But I've also had to pay 700 points to repair the pitch. And one other thing, I had one of my strikers get injured during training...that was odd.

They all go back to zero but you keep all your points earned and just re-apply them.

when playing with bigger teams, like me with barca in my third season rightnow, you will get more points after winning a game, I get 20 points

That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure. It seems that you earn about 400-600 points per season if you finish in the top 3 or 4. But it has everything to do with the amount of wins you rack up.

What difficulty are you playing on? I'm playing on professional in my 3rd season (1st with Arsenal) and I get about 10-15 per win. Maybe you get more points if you're playing on World Class and less if you play on Semi-Pro.

Yes, you have to spend your staff points on the striker, midfielder, defender and goalkeeper coach.

yes the skill of young players increases. I've got Rooney at 22 years of age and I think he's like 92 OVR or something like that.
