You can use CM 16, open your language database and insert the file in each team... you must have RevMod installed

mi sa che siamo italiani entrambi quindi parliamo italiano ahah, comunque quali file dovrei inserire? non trovo nulla.. comunque per revmod quale intendi? io ho quella della moddingway nient altro

How do these adboards install? I've linked them to the relevant team in CM and have revmod installed but they don't come up in friendlies??

Bene, così è più facile spiegarti
salva con nome l'immagine. Poi usa il programma CM 16, carica il database che usi (cerca qualche tutorial su youtube, ne trovi parecchi). Scegli la squadra che ti interessa e clicca su RevMod.
Lì apparirà l'immagine degli adboard. Elimina quella precedente, carica l'immagine che hai precedentemente salvato.
Salva le modifiche e il gioco è fatto

You can see them only in career mode.
To show in friendlies put:
STADIUM_USE_LEGACY_ADBOARDS=1 in cl.ini file.
