I meant both Cesc and Costa. Both were ineffective against Holland and Costa looked like Giroud against Chile's average defence.

I'm not putting too much into it since Costa has not adapted to the Spanish style whereas we play more like Atletico. I also think he's carrying an injury which might have stifled him. That said, I would prefer we sign Mandzukic, like I've always said.

I have been saying the same thing. And whilst Costa was completely ineffectual, Mandzukic scored a brace today.
