Still no custom chants

I have installed chants and have loaded them in game all looks ok untill i play........ then no chants ant ideas guys ?
Or am i just too old and thick to do it.

i'm also having the same problem! the playlist appears in game but no effect!

any help pls?

no playlists

I have followed every instruction I can find on loading chants, nothing works all chants are default only, getting really frustrated, the games fantastic but the chants would make it more authentic, I've tried reloading windows media player, tried VLC player, even spoke to Electronic Arts and they told me to go online to various forums and ask, what a joke even they don't know how to do it.
