HELP Stranded Hair and cloth animation never worked

Hey guys i have a very weird problem first time to face it
first of all i have good pc i can play the game on high without any problem
but i noticed that stranded hair feature and cloth animation never worked even after marking it on
restarted the game the pc the ea app still same issue
deleted entire game and installed it again and still the same issue
weirdly it was working so well in all last versions but in fc 25 not working
and i noticed some people having same issue and many topics on ea site itself without any solution
so is there any way to fix this weird problem?
