Where does it say there is no transfer allowed? And he only can't go in a stadium that the Uruguay national team are playing in so surely he can watch Liverpool?

This is basically the same punishment he got from the FA only now he can't enter a stadium (why would he?) and a few more matches he's gonna miss with his NT. I mean, it's a big punishment but it's not exactly hammer-dropped punishment is it?

Administrative duties involve signing a contract whether sporting or sponsorship

is this the official penalty or just a list of possibilities before the actual decision?

Just based on the fact that he is done for the WC because of this, that's qualifies as hammer-dropping punishment.

Not really. This guy BIT someone. Do you guys not get that? And for the 3rd time!

Even drug cheats aren't banned from training, being present at games and from performing administration

banning Suárez clearly hasn't worked before, I don't see why it would now ...

when a dog bites, you don't put it down, you muzzle it ... if it continues to be aggressive in other ways, then you put it down ...

Suárez should *literally* be required to wear a muzzle to enter a football facility ... it will be shameful, but it instantly solves the problem of him biting anyone, while allowing him to play the great football we know he otherwise can ...

if he then resorts to other violent acts, you ban him from football for life ...

FIFA would be happy, since a player playing with a Hannibal Lecter mask will draw attention (possibly negative attention), and that's all they care about ... it should also compromise Suárez's opportunities with major clubs and in getting/keeping major sponsorships, though I'm sure there'd be a few entities who'd like to be associated with Hannibal; so he also takes a significant financial hit, but not completely ...

I'm just imagining Gerrard wheeling a masked, straight-Carlos*et clad Suarez in on one of those crazy people carts.
